  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 500g full-fat cream cheese (softened)
  • 400g sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 ripe bananas (sliced)
  • 150g caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 300ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create a firm base.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add condensed milk until fully combined.
  4. Fold in half of the banana slices and half of the caramel sauce into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and smooth it out evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  7. Before serving, top with remaining banana slices, whipped cream, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
