  • 1 cup pecan halves (toasted)
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and place it on a roasting rack.
  3. Toast pecans on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in brown sugar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and toasted pecans until combined.
  5. Brush half of the glaze over the ham and reserve the rest for basting.
  6. Roast the ham for about 15-18 minutes per pound until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C), basting every 30 minutes.
