- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
