  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined; press into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown; cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well.
  4. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping into the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Spread half of the pumpkin filling over the cooled crust and top with remaining whipped topping.
