- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries or raspberry puree
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large bowl, then stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spoon dollops of raspberry puree on top and swirl with a knife. Add remaining batter and repeat.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges pull away from the sides and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
