Description

  • 2 cups fresh rhubarb, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, flour, and cinnamon until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the topping over the fruit mixture.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
