Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning until just mixed.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Shape the mixture into uniform patties (about 2 inches wide).
