- Spice packet included with corned beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Chop cabbage into wedges, dice onions, and peel and chop carrots and potatoes.
- Place corned beef brisket at the bottom and surround it with vegetables.
- Pour broth over ingredients to cover halfway; sprinkle on spice packet.
- Cover slow cooker; cook on low for 8-10 hours until meat is tender.
- Remove brisket, shred it with forks, return to soup before serving.
