- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 medium red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather ingredients: Dice onions and chop cilantro.
- Cook chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
