- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and scoop out the seeds. Place them upright in a baking dish.
