  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add pineapple chunks and cook briefly until warmed through.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and sesame oil.
  5. Push the veggies aside in the pan and add the seasoned chicken; cook until golden brown for about 6-8 minutes.
