- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes until well mixed.
