  • 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh salsa
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  4. While the potatoes bake, cook ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
