  • Oil for frying (vegetable or peanut)

  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by heating oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in chopped carrots and bell peppers until tender.
  3. Season the mixture with soy sauce, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional minute.
  4. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 15 seconds until pliable.
  5. Place filling on one end of the wrapper, fold in sides, and roll tightly.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat (350°F). Fry spring rolls until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
  7. Mix sweet chili sauce with lime juice for dipping.
