  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat the turkey crown dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and herbs until fragrant.
  4. Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey crown, seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
