  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a roasting pan with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper inside and out.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, herbs, and lemon juice to create a flavor mixture. Rub this mixture all over the turkey breast.
  4. Place the seasoned turkey on a rack in the roasting pan and roast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Baste halfway through for extra moisture.
