  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, instant yeast, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add warm milk and melted butter; stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm spot for 10-15 minutes.
  6. For the filling, combine brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and melted butter until a paste forms.
  7. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly. Roll tightly from one side.
  8. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place on a greased baking sheet to rise briefly.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix powdered sugar with vanilla extract and milk for the glaze; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
