Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Rhubarb stalks
  • Granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice strawberries and rhubarb; mix with sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.

  4. Roll out half of the dough into a pie dish, pour in the filling, then roll out the second half to cover it, cutting slits for ventilation.
