  • ¾ cup fresh key lime juice (about 810 limes)
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Zest of 2 key limes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
