- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- (Optional) Sear meatballs in a hot skillet with oil until browned on all sides.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey BBQ sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour sauce over them. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve warm with toothpicks or in slider buns.
