buttermilk

Instructions
Prepare the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth.
Add the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk all ingredients together until well combined and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Transfer the dressing to a jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before each use.
