  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded or diced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise creamy
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Red Grapes halved
  • ½ cup Almonds sliced or chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 4 leaves Lettuce Leaves for serving

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients, including cooked chicken, celery, grapes, and mayonnaise. Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken with the diced celery and halved grapes. Drizzle in about ½ cup of mayonnaise and mix gently.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add Dijon mustard or lemon juice for brightness.
  • Cover the salad with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve the chicken salad on lettuce leaves and enjoy.
