Ingredients

Fruit Salsa

  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 cup mango peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint chopped

Cinnamon Chips

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit Salsa

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, kiwi, mango, and pineapple.
  • Add the lime juice, honey (if using), and chopped mint. Gently stir to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Make the Cinnamon Chips

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
  • Brush both sides of each tortilla triangle with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Arrange the triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.

Serve

  • Serve the fruit salsa chilled with the cinnamon chips on the side for dipping.
