Instructions
Making the Syrup
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat.
Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the dried lavender and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
Simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer into a clean bottle or jar.
